The Systems Support Intern will support the operation and maintenance of the **Commercial Automation (SIGALOJA)** module of **Protheus**, assisting internal users, supporting system routines, and contributing to continuous process improvement—all aligned with RAMSONS’ core values of quality, agility, and customer focus. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to store/POS users. * Assist in configuring and testing peripherals (fiscal printers, barcode scanners, TEF). * Monitor resolution of sales and invoice integration errors. * **Innovation Front:** Use AI tools to catalog recurring errors and suggest automated solutions or preventive training. * Assist in the validation of TOTVS updates and patches in the test environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Requirements** * **Degrees:** Information Systems, IT Management, Systems Analysis and Development, or Software Engineering. * **Semester:** Preferably between the 2nd and 5th semester. **Desirable Knowledge (Preferred Advantage)** * **Protheus (SIGALOJA):** * Basic understanding of cash register opening and closing procedures. * Fundamental knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) and assisted selling. * Familiarity with integration to Billing (SIGAFAT) and Financial (SIGAFIN) modules. * **Artificial Intelligence:** * Use of AI for sales data and consumer behavior analysis. * Application of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) to create user manuals and support scripts. * Basic understanding of how AIs can be integrated for support automation (internal support chatbots). * **Databases:** Basic SQL knowledge for querying SIGALOJA sales tables. **Additional Information** * Transportation Allowance With 40 years of history, Ramsons was founded with the purpose of offering the best in home appliances, electronics, furniture, and much more.
