You will develop technical and administrative competencies, contribute to data analysis, implement improvements, and support the team in fulfilling area processes and performance indicators. **Requirements \- What do you need to participate in our selection process?** * You must be currently enrolled in a higher education institution. * Preferred: candidates enrolled from the 4th semester onward in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering; Mechatronics; Electronics; Control and Automation; or related fields. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint). * Basic knowledge of performance indicator data analysis and Power BI. * Interest in refrigeration systems, industrial maintenance, and utility services. **Key Responsibilities in This Role:** * Support the execution and monitoring of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial refrigeration equipment and systems under supervision. * Assist in monitoring and updating the department’s KPIs, contributing to result analysis and identification of improvement opportunities. * Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency of utility services. * Organize and maintain up-to-date technical and administrative records—including documents, work orders, and contracts. * Support supplier and third-party oversight during maintenance activities. * Collaborate in implementing safety, environmental, and quality procedures. * Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance technical expertise in the field. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Cultural fit with our company.
