Prepare quotations and cost estimates, register suppliers; issue and track purchase orders, organize documentation, and support import processes.
**Essential Requirements:**

Availability to work during standard business hours;
Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields;
Experience in procurement;
Strong communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal departments;
Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and systems;
**Desirable Requirements:**

Basic knowledge of import processes (e.g., proforma invoice, shipment tracking, import documentation), as the role will support import-related activities.
ERP system knowledge;
