Description: * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Proactivity and willingness to learn. Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, and ambulation throughout the operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, aircraft loading and unloading with luggage and cargo, flight-related signaling, floor inspection and sweeping to collect fallen objects, and auditory perception for identifying audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac.
