The professional will be responsible for production planning and control, ranging from the annual budgeting process to inventory management and manufacturing order tracking.

Description:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
* Desired knowledge: Production Planning, Programming, and Control (PPCP); Materials Planning, Programming, and Control (PPCM); Negotiation Techniques for Purchasing Agents; Storage and Material Handling; Inventory Accuracy; Microsoft Office Suite.
* Skills: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, adaptability and flexibility, problem analysis and resolution, assertive communication, customer focus, strategic orientation, effective and appropriate feedback, planning & organization, tolerance for pressure.
Prepare the annual production budget plan based on sales forecasts, aiming to optimize facility capacity and other available production resources;
Develop schedules for all manufacturing activities and monitor their execution to ensure achievement of production targets within scheduled deadlines;
List materials required for each manufacturing order;
Control and define minimum and maximum inventory levels for materials used in manufacturing, analyzing requirements and initiating procurement requests, and determining which materials should have automatic replenishment triggers;
Prepare labor utilization control charts to analyze labor performance trends;
Monitor equipment and machinery usage and condition for production planning and control purposes;
Develop production scheduling aligned with priorities jointly established by Sales and Production departments, facilitating achievement of production targets and fulfillment of customer orders;
Maintain controls over finished goods to enable identification of losses and accurate tracking of finished product inventories.
