We are seeking a Junior Apprentice to work on administrative processes related to the environment, including preparing and updating spreadsheets, archiving documents, and preparing documents for submission to environmental agencies (state and federal). **Why Aggreko? Here are some of the benefits and awards** ----------------------------------------------------------------- * Medical and dental plan extendable to dependents. * Flexible meal allowance via Caju. * Life insurance. * Wellhub (formerly Gympass). * Employee assistance program offering psychological, nutritional, legal, and financial support (at no cost). * Culture focused on safety. *(Benefits may vary according to legislation governing the Junior Apprentice program.)* **Your responsibilities** ------------------- * Support administrative environmental processes, such as organizing and archiving documents. * Assist in preparing and updating spreadsheets and environmental controls. * Prepare documents and forms for submission to environmental agencies (state and federal). * Monitor deadlines for environmental license conditions, assisting with record updates. * Support the development of training sessions and DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues). * Assist with invoice and fiscal note submission for payment processing. * Provide first-level administrative support to internal teams, including calendar management. * Assist with travel arrangements: taxi booking, required documentation, etc. * Support meeting preparation: room booking, setup, materials, and technical support. * Help manage office supplies, files, and stationery. * Enter simple information into the system (e.g., PO and SO), under supervision. **Required qualifications:** --------------------------------------------- * English or Spanish proficiency is a plus; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). * Interest in learning Excel, administrative systems, and tools. * Preferred: interest in Environmental Studies, Administration, or related fields. * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; * Clear and concise communication skills. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. **Learn more and apply now** ---------------------------------- **Bring your energy.
