**Job Description****:** **Description** We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Assistant to join our team. The professional will be responsible for providing technical support to users, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, assisting with network administration, and ensuring the proper functioning of the company's IT infrastructure. **Responsibilities** * Provide first- and second-level support to users (on-site and remote); * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, operating systems, and software; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment; * Support server, network (LAN/WAN/Wi\-Fi), backup, and firewall administration; * Monitor and ensure the availability of network and infrastructure resources; * Assist in creating and managing users in systems and Active Directory; * Document procedures, asset inventories, and technical support tickets. **Competencies:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields; * Prior experience in technical support and IT infrastructure; * Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365 suite; * Basic understanding of networking, cabling, IP addressing, printers, and backups. **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** Manaus, AM, BR Full-time CLT On-site
