Job Summary: An IT professional to provide technical support, installation, configuration, maintenance, and management of equipment and systems, with an emphasis on problem resolution. Opportunity for professionals specializing in Office 365 and Windows **Position: IT Technician** **Location:** Manaus **Work Mode:** On-site **Responsibilities:** * Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, and Change) * Install and configure operating systems * Install and configure end-user applications * Create system images, migrate data, and format computers * Manage routine backup procedures * Provide support for Office 365 applications (Intermediate Excel and Teams) * Equipment rollout (a plus for selection process distinction) * Organize and handle legacy equipment for return to inventory * Deliver customer service focused on problem resolution * Installation (“Install”): installing new equipment and/or peripherals and configuring workstation hardware, loading standard system image, installing standard market applications; * Movement (“Move”): physically relocating and reconnecting equipment and its peripherals internally (same room/building/floor); * Addition (“Add”): adding a new resource (additional) to equipment or the operating system; * Change (“Change”): updating inventory, modifying equipment or software features (tested and approved by the Client). * Daily reporting to coordination team * Provide technical support to customers: * Initial incident diagnosis. * Activating Dell warranty via TechDirect or requesting quotation if warranty has expired. * Performing repairs using customer’s stocked parts/equipment. * Managing Dell service requests via TechDirect, updating inventory, and closing incidents. **Requirements:** * Analytical ability and problem-resolution focus * Knowledge of Windows and basic Linux concepts * Proficiency in Office 365 tools (primarily Exchange, Excel, and Teams) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to effectively interact with end users * Organizational skills and work efficiency * Willingness to travel * Valid driver’s license **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: BRL 30.00 per day * Transportation allowance: full commuting cost \- proximity to residence required * Salary: negotiable * SESC membership * Life insurance Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) Compensation: BRL 2,000.00 \- BRL 2,400.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
