




We are looking for professionals to work in the school sector as ENROLLMENT ASSISTANT. Main Responsibilities: \- Provide in-person, phone, WhatsApp, and email customer service; \- Recruitment of new students; \- Negotiate payment values; \- Manage the enrollment and re-enrollment process, including data entry, document verification, and system registration; \- Update and organize information in the CRM system or academic software; \- Support internal student recruitment events (selection exams, promotional activities, etc.); \- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and pedagogical coordination teams. Requirements: \- Completed high school education (mandatory); \- Higher education in progress or completed in fields such as Administration, Marketing, or related areas; Experience: \- Experience in customer service and sales; \- Previous experience in an educational institution is a plus. Technical Skills: \- Basic knowledge of Office suite; \- Proficiency with CRM systems; \- Skills in sales and negotiation techniques. Behavioral Competencies: \- Clear and empathetic communication; \- Proactivity and results orientation; \- Organization and attention to detail; \- Ability to work towards targets; \- Team spirit and collaborative attitude.
