




Job Summary: An IT professional to provide Body Shop services on-site, delivering both remote and on-site support upon request at client locations. Key Highlights: 1. Providing technical support for microcomputing, hardware, and software. 2. Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 3. Support for computer networks, CCTV systems, mobile devices, and PBX systems. On-site Body Shop service delivery. Remote and on-site support provided upon request at the client's locations in Manaus. Submission of status reports to the client regarding support activities. Technical knowledge in microcomputing (software and hardware). Windows operating system. Installation, removal, updating, repair, and formatting of software on microcomputers. Microsoft Office Suite. Configuration and installation of networked printers (wired and Wi-Fi). Basic knowledge of computer network support (switches, routers, access points, internet connections). Fundamental understanding of CCTV systems. Basic knowledge of mobile device support. PBX extension support (telephone handset replacement). Fundamental knowledge of wired network support and maintenance. Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (completed or currently pursuing). On-site work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract. Compensation: R$1.700,00 - R$2.100,00 per month.
