Restaurant Manager \- Vignoli Vignoli, a renowned company in the food service industry, is seeking a qualified professional to serve as a Mid-level Restaurant Manager at its location. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing and promoting the products and services offered, as well as coordinating the restaurant's food service, recreation, and leisure operational areas. Key Responsibilities: * Administer human and financial resources of the restaurant, executing administrative routines and providing advisory support. * Coordinate and supervise operational teams, ensuring efficiency and quality of customer service. * Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, business profitability, and brand image. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators, such as COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and technical sheets, to support data-driven decision-making. * Serve as the communication link between staff and senior management, reporting relevant information and suggesting improvements.
