Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technician with an IT background and experience in technical support, operation, and maintenance of microcomputers and networks, as well as knowledge of ITIL. Prior experience as an IT support technician **JOB \| IT TECHNICIAN I (TEMPORARY)** **ABOUT THE POSITION:** * Temporary position \- Vacation coverage (3 months) * Work Location: Manaus/AM (on-site) * Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Remuneration: R$3\.763,16 \+ Benefits **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Technical qualification in IT (completed) or Bachelor's degree in IT (completed or currently pursuing); * Prior experience as an IT support technician; * Knowledge of microcomputer operation and maintenance at the hardware level, configuration, basic software, and office automation applications; * Knowledge of computer networks, both wired and wireless, as well as the TCP/IP protocol; * Knowledge of ITIL version 4 or newer. **DESIRED COURSES:** * Microcomputer Assembly and Configuration (minimum 20 hours) * Microsoft Windows 10 or newer (minimum 20 hours) * Portuguese Language (minimum 20 hours) **BENEFITS:** * Meal Allowance \- R$24.50 per workday; * Food Basket worth R$180.00 * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * SESC Membership; * GoGood (gym membership plans).
