EDUCATION * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Control and Automation * Technical course in mechanical maintenance, industrial electrician, or automation. *(Preferred)* * Familiarity with Power BI and process automation via Office 365\. *(Preferred)* REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE * Advanced English proficiency; * Proven experience in industrial maintenance management and team development; * Experience managing maintenance budgets, maintenance costs, and spare parts inventory; * Experience with maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE); experience with planning and executing preventive and predictive maintenance in CMMS (COSWIN); * Experience with failure analysis (RCA); * Leadership in machinery projects, industrial improvements, and equipment reliability.
