Requirements: **Mandatory requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (with active CRP registration). * Prior experience in recruitment and selection (internship or CLT employment). * Experience screening resumes and conducting interviews. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ease in building relationships.
