




**Requirements:** * High school diploma (technical or higher education in HR, Business Administration or related fields currently in progress is desirable). * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and personnel department routines. * Previous experience in administrative or HR activities (advantageous). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * Organized, detail-oriented, with good verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to handle confidential information. * Proactive with ease in working within a team. * Customer service skills (internal and external). **Responsibilities:** * Support recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication). * Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding (collecting documents, integration, delivering/receiving forms and kits). * Maintain organization of files, records, and general documentation. * Update HR spreadsheets and internal systems. * Provide support in benefits administration (health plans, transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health programs, etc.). * Assist in timekeeping, attendance, and overtime tracking. * Support internal communication and internal marketing initiatives. * Attend to employees, answering questions about processes and internal policies. * Support training sessions and development programs when necessary.
