As a Technical Operator - Affirmative Position for PWD, you will: * Prepare, operate, adjust, and maintain equipment in your specific production line area, following standard work procedures. * Analyze safety risks and act appropriately to prevent incidents. * Analyze and control product quality according to standards through visual and dimensional inspection. * Fill out various production reports and controls. * Perform assigned tasks according to established standards. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of your equipment and work environment. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities together with qualified team members. * Ensure basic equipment condition by independently identifying and resolving defects, or escalating as necessary. * Develop inspection criteria standards and visual controls. * Conduct root cause analyses to identify problems, equipment losses, and process inefficiencies. * Lead one of your team's natural work systems, performing audits and implementing action plans aimed at continuous improvement.
