Control and evaluate the company's fundraising plans and capital structure. Ensure that cash flow is adequate to support company operations. Structure the Finance, Controller, Accounting, IT, Legal, and General Administration areas. Prepare managerial reports with a high degree of accuracy. Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies. Coordinate activities, especially financial management, accounting records, cost allocation, and internal processes. Standardize company processes to achieve effectiveness, cost control, approval limits, and information security. Consolidate the company's economic and financial results in accordance with accounting records and within established deadlines. Integrate ERPs across companies in a way that maintains compliance in operations.
