Job Summary: This apprenticeship program offers the opportunity to develop skills in the industrial field, assisting in component assembly and contributing to the production line under supervision. Development in a supervised work environment **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the assembly process of parts and components; * Contribute to operational activities on the production line through supervised hands-on experience; * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Participate in theoretical and practical training as per the apprenticeship program; **Requirements:** * Age between 18 and 24 years; * Enrolled in and attending school (if high school has not yet been completed); * Interest in learning and developing industrial skills; * Availability to work 4 hours per day as stipulated in the apprenticeship contract. **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity and responsibility; * Good communication and teamwork; * Organization and attention to detail; * Commitment to learning.
