Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and duties** **The main challenges as an** **ASSISTANT PROFESSOR I – SUPERVISED OUTPATIENT PHYSIOTHERAPY INTERNSHIP; SUPERVISED HOSPITAL PHYSIOTHERAPY INTERNSHIP – CONSTANTINO NERY** **are:** * Serve as the primary agent for implementing the pedagogical proposal of our educational institutions, facilitating the learning process and fully delivering the course syllabus—including the scheduled number of classes—while continuously stimulating students’ interest in study, reflection, and the pursuit of new knowledge; * Appropriately utilize available teaching materials and encourage students to consult bibliographic resources—such as books and journals available in the library—to foster critical and reflective learning; * Meet deadlines established in the academic calendar, as well as fulfill requests made by your respective course coordinator; * Record attendance, lesson content, student academic performance, and other information related to curriculum components in the electronic gradebook within the timeframe defined by the academic calendar; * Contribute to preparatory activities for the National Student Performance Exam (ENADE); * Advise students on their final course projects; * Employ active learning methodologies and the flipped classroom model when delivering lessons. **Requirements and qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Academic qualification: **MASTER’S OR DOCTORAL DEGREE**; * Mandatory undergraduate degree/specialization: **PHYSIOTHERAPY**; * Strong communication skills, ability to relate to students, adaptability, and flexibility; * Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the subject area; * Proficiency in Microsoft Teams; * Candidates must maintain an updated Lattes CV—this is a mandatory elimination criterion.
