**Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related fields * Experience in manufacturing process engineering * Knowledge of process mapping (BPMN, flowcharts, SIPOC) * Experience with performance indicators and continuous improvement * Advanced Office suite proficiency * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings **Desired profile:** Analytical, organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills, focused on continuous improvement and teamwork * Professional responsible for analyzing, structuring, and enhancing production processes, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing processes. Will be responsible for developing and updating flowcharts, procedures, indicators, and process documentation, ensuring standardization and operational efficiency. * Will review and develop standard operations, as well as design manufacturing processes for stamped, welded, and painted parts. Will also monitor tooling manufacturing and try-out, ensuring processes meet technical, quality, and productivity requirements. * The professional will work collaboratively with Production, Quality, and Engineering departments, contributing to continuous improvement and optimization of industrial processes.
