Job Summary: Responsible for controlling the execution of maintenance services, preparing reports, calculating indicators, and ensuring resource leveling. Key Highlights: 1. Resource leveling and weekly scheduling **Description** Responsible for controlling the execution of maintenance services, preparing reports, calculating indicators, cost allocations, and generating necessary information for the maintenance history, while ensuring resource leveling; **Responsibilities and Duties** Integrate all activity portfolios to be executed weekly; Perform capacity leveling for weekly scheduling, with a minimum scheduled workload of 100% of available man-hours (H/h); Level execution resources using MS\-PROJECT and/or PRIMAVERA; Analyze man-hour (H/h) resources by specialty for the following quarter; Interpret and apply technical standards and norms; Implement controls to obtain maintenance indicators; Include services in the weekly schedule after client approval; Prepare the monthly operational services schedule using PI\-APLAT; Lead the weekly scheduling meeting (Head Office/Field); And other related activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Educational Level: Technical Vocational Diploma in: Mechanical Engineering, Boiler Making, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or Valve Technology. **Required Qualifications:** Active and valid professional registration; SAP/4 HANA modules PM and MM; Excel; APLAT; MS\-Project; Power BI.
