Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for identifying procurement opportunities, negotiating with suppliers, tracking purchase orders, and evaluating products for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic negotiation with suppliers for better terms 2. Analysis and monitoring of the entire procurement process 3. Search for alternative products to optimize cost and quality Identify the best procurement opportunities for goods and services through market research; * Negotiate with suppliers to achieve better pricing, quality, and delivery timelines; * Track and analyze purchase orders, forward them to suppliers, and monitor the process until final fulfillment of negotiated terms; * Verify the conduct of research on new suppliers for diverse goods and services; * Evaluate alternative products as feasible, aiming to improve quality and reduce costs; * Monitor return processes for goods delivered inconsistent with the purchase order; * Conduct supplier visits for technical updates regarding acquired products.
