Job Summary: A professional responsible for identifying, negotiating, and monitoring the procurement of products and services, aiming for continuous improvement and cost reduction. Key Highlights: 1. Identify procurement opportunities and negotiate with suppliers 2. Monitor purchase orders and evaluate new suppliers 3. Focus on quality improvement and cost reduction Identify the best procurement opportunities for products and services through market research; * Negotiate with suppliers to secure better pricing, quality, and delivery terms; * Track and analyze purchase orders, forward them to suppliers, and monitor the process until final fulfillment of negotiated terms; * Verify the conduct of market research for new suppliers of diverse products and services; * Evaluate alternative products as feasible, aiming for quality improvement and cost reduction; * Monitor return processes for goods delivered inconsistent with the order; * Conduct supplier visits for technical updates regarding procured products.
