Support continuous improvement in logistics processes **Job Description** Responsible for supervising logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and shipping processes, while guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, costs, and the company's operational standards. **Main Responsibilities** Supervise the logistics team; Coordinate material receiving, warehousing, and shipping; Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct inventories; Monitor transportation, freight, and delivery deadlines; Track logistics KPIs (On-Time In-Full, service level, lead time); Support continuous improvement in logistics processes. **Requirements** Experience in industrial logistics; Experience leading teams; Knowledge of inventory control and shipping; Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in the plastic or industrial sector; Knowledge of logistics KPIs.
