




Responsibilities and Duties * Manage store team activities and all support staff; * Develop and validate work schedules, attendance tracking, and records of justifications for tardiness and absences; * Monitor each employee’s performance indicators through evaluations and feedback, fostering development according to individual needs; * Negotiate with suppliers and partners; * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures; * Monitor and manage in-store customer service quality based on company performance indicators; * Guide the team on corporate managerial and strategic guidelines, consistently fostering synergy and teamwork; * Organize and maintain the workplace environment, coordinating the use of materials, supplies, resources, and services; * Attend to customers’ routine and specific requests, including reception duties; * Assist in recruitment processes coordinated by the HR team. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in leadership and people management; * Retail experience preferred; * Valid driver’s license mandatory; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Availability to work on a 6X1 schedule; * Fixed salary plus commission.
