




Job Summary: A professional responsible for supporting products from prototype to mass production, applying DFM/DFT guidelines, preparing BOMs, managing ECNs (Engineering Change Notices), and leading non-conformance investigations. Development of actions to reduce failures and improve product quality. **Job Description** * Support products from prototype through to mass production. * Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) guidelines to ensure scalability and quality of printed circuit boards (PCBs). * Prepare and review Bill of Materials (BOMs); manage and control Engineering Change Notice (ECN) implementation processes and Product Deviations; develop manufacturing routings and work instructions. * Serve as the liaison between suppliers and the factory to ensure smooth introduction of new products into the manufacturing portfolio, aligning with applicable legislation, quality, safety, and corporate strategy—bridging R\&D (Research and Development) and Manufacturing teams. Conduct hardware and software product validation, alternative component validation, and support new product qualification processes. * Lead non\-conformance investigations and propose continuous improvements to design or process. Develop actions to reduce failures and improve product quality, documenting them and appropriately aligning with management. Prepare development reports and product qualification tracking reports, among others relevant to the department’s routine when requested. **Job Requirements** * * Bachelor's degree in **Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering**, or related fields. * Solid experience in printed circuit board (PCB) assembly processes (**SMT and PTH technologies**). * Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and PCB layouts. * Knowledge of electronic acceptability standards (e.g., **IPC\-A\-610**). * Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, or similar) for structure management. * Advanced English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Green Belt certification; * Customs classification of goods. **Behavioral Profile:** * Ability to make rapid decisions in a production environment. * Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate between design teams and production operators. * Technical discipline to manage multiple concurrent project revisions.
