Requirements: Completed high school education. Proven experience operating plastic injection machines. Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. Courses in TBO, Metrology, and Mathematics. Availability to work rotating shifts. Skills: Knowledge of injection machine setup (molds, parameters). Ability to identify defects in injection-molded parts. Knowledge of basic maintenance of injection molding machines. Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
