Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues Responsibilities: Operate plastic injection molding machines, adjusting process parameters. Monitor the quality of produced parts by conducting visual and dimensional inspections. Perform mold changes and machine setup following technical procedures. Detect and resolve issues in machines and equipment, performing minor repairs. Ensure workplace cleanliness and organization, adhering to safety standards. Requirements: Completed high school education. Proven experience operating plastic injection molding machines. Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. Training in TBO, Metrology, and Mathematics. Availability to work rotating shifts. Skills: Knowledge of injection machine setup (molds, parameters). Ability to identify defects in injection-molded parts. Knowledge of basic maintenance for injection molding machines. Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure.
