Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in related fields is desirable. * Proficiency and hands-on experience with the SAP system. * Intermediate English proficiency and Power BI skills (desirable). * Knowledge of FMEA, MASP, and ability to read and interpret IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 (desirable). * Monitor and support the planning and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for extruders, feeders, dosing systems, cooling systems, and cutting systems. * Monitor and define maintenance processes to ensure proper execution and guarantee reliability of the maintenance process. * Diagnose equipment failures and propose technical solutions to improve equipment reliability. * Develop and implement maintenance plans based on equipment criticality and failure history. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and productivity enhancement initiatives. * Manage maintenance service contracts and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Monitor and analyze maintenance performance indicators. * Provide technical support to the maintenance team and conduct training sessions (e.g., PDCA, MASP). * Collaborate with production, process engineering, R&D, and quality departments to ensure operational stability. 2512170202551846970
