Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields. * Postgraduate studies in related areas is desirable. * Knowledge and skills in SAP system. * Intermediate English and Power BI (desirable). * Knowledge of FMEA, MASP, Reading and Interpretation of IATF 16946:2016, ISO 9001, 14001 (desirable). * Monitor and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on extruders, feeders, dosing systems, cooling and cutting systems. * Monitor and define processes to ensure proper execution and guarantee maintenance process reliability. * Perform failure diagnostics and propose technical solutions to improve equipment reliability. * Develop and implement maintenance plans based on criticality and failure history. * Participate in continuous improvement and productivity enhancement projects. * Manage maintenance service contracts and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Monitor and analyze maintenance performance indicators. * Provide technical support to the maintenance team and conduct training (PDCA, MASP). * Collaborate with production, process engineering, development, and quality departments to ensure operational stability. 2511140202461846970
