**Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience as a baker or furnace operator. * Basic knowledge of industrial machine operation. * Good physical stamina and attention to detail. * Availability to work flexible hours. **Responsibilities:** * Operate, control, and monitor industrial ovens in accordance with technical and safety standards. * Prepare ovens for operation start-up (heating, calibration, cleaning, and loading). * Load and unload materials, parts, or products. * Monitor temperatures, heating times, and production cycles. * Record operational data, energy consumption, performance metrics, and any anomalies. * Make adjustments to ensure final product quality. * Perform equipment cleaning and minor preventive maintenance. * Report malfunctions, hazards, or maintenance needs to the supervisor. * Collaborate with the production team to meet established targets.
