Support internal departments in process integration Join the largest electricity meter manufacturer in Latin America!‍ ️ We are a 95-year-old company that provides comprehensive technology and solutions for the electric power sector. \#VemSerNansen **Your responsibilities will include:** Managing import and export processes, ensuring legal compliance and operational efficiency. Analyzing and verifying documents (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, certificates of origin, etc.). Executing customs clearance for raw materials, fixed assets, consumables, and finished products. Performing shipment follow-up, controlling deadlines, and reporting status to internal departments. Requesting and tracking payments for cash, freight, and taxes, as well as analyzing expense reports. Supervising customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure timely release of goods. Monitoring legislation and tariff policies, implementing updates and tax optimization opportunities. Identifying customs-related risks and proposing corrective solutions. Supporting internal departments (procurement, sales, logistics, tax, and accounting) in integrating international trade processes. Maintaining updated controls, reports, and files to ensure traceability and document organization. This position is affirmative action-oriented and open to all forms of diversity, including race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, or sexual orientation. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; Conversational English proficiency; Solid experience in import/export operations and customs clearance; Knowledge of Brazilian customs legislation, MERCOSUL regulations, fiscal classification (NCM), and special regimes (Drawback, Ex-Tariff); Familiarity with international trade systems (Siscomex, Portal Único, Radar, among others). Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP and TOTVS Datasul).
