**Description:** Responsible for ensuring proper management of electronic timekeeping, analysis of absences, and support for personnel administration processes, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and alignment with internal policies. Participates in onboarding new employees, maintaining time-tracking systems, and monitoring HR routines, aiming for efficiency, accuracy, and managerial support. Responsibilities and Duties Ensure accuracy in timekeeping calculations by performing detailed analyses. Register and configure work schedules in the electronic timekeeping system. Monitor and request maintenance of the timekeeping system and time clocks to ensure availability. Evaluate medical certificates to identify the reason (pregnancy, illness, accident) and duration of absence. Analyze attendance records (absences, medical certificates) of terminated employees to ensure accurate severance calculations. Ensure timely closing of timekeeping records within established deadlines. Lead onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and internal policies. Monitor execution of HR team activities, ensuring legal compliance and support for company needs. Implement and manage automated systems for tracking and recording working hours.
