Execute mobile device migration to Microsoft Intune Perform OS replacement / reconfiguration of corporate mobile phones Support users during the migration process, ensuring: Backup and restoration of data Reconfiguration of corporate applications Work with devices: Android / iPhone (iOS) Follow procedures and guidelines provided by the project team Record support tickets and migration statuses Experience: Android devices iPhone (iOS) devices Data migration between devices OS replacement or reinstallation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or currently pursuing one; Strong written and verbal communication skills; resilient, dynamic, proactive, and able to work under pressure; Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of ITSM ServiceNow and its usage.
