Provides basic technical support to branch users. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for supporting surveillance and first-level technical support activities, ensuring the proper functioning of store operations and the security of monitored environments. Conducts real-time CCTV monitoring, alarm central monitoring, and electronic cage monitoring, identifying faults and reporting them to the responsible team. Also provides basic (Level 1\) technical support to branch users, assisting with simple requests related to systems, internet, printers, and e\-mails.
