Active participation in maintaining the technological environment We are looking for a Junior Network Analyst to join our Technology team, supporting daily operations by assisting end users, providing first-level technical support, and resolving day-to-day issues related to networks, systems, access, and equipment. We seek a proactive, organized, communicative individual with a strong willingness to learn, who enjoys technology, interacts easily with people, and can quickly identify and resolve basic infrastructure and support issues. This is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to build a career in technology, gain hands-on technical support experience, and actively contribute to sustaining the company’s technological environment. **Benefits:** To be determined **Required Qualifications:** * Provide Level 1 technical support to end users. * Assist in identifying and resolving basic issues related to: * networks * systems * access * equipment * workstations * Address users' operational questions with clear and concise guidance. * Perform initial ticket triage and document support interactions. * Assist with basic configuration of computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. * Support creation, activation, password reset, and management of user access. * Assist with basic network connectivity checks, internet access, and internal resources. * Provide on-site support to employees when required. * Conduct technical visits and travel as needed based on operational demand. * Escalate complex tickets to higher support levels when necessary. * Assist in managing IT assets and organizing equipment.
