Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory (AD), Windows, and LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks Job Description: **PROFILE** Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. Demonstrates urgency, proactivity, optimism, persistence, and enthusiasm. Excellent interpersonal skills. **KNOWLEDGE/EXPERTISE** DHCP/DNS/AD/WINS/Wi-Fi servers Windows 2016/2019/10/11 Windows Domain Controllers Cabling LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks Hardware knowledge Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems and Office 365. **ROUTINES** Level 1 and Level 2 support User assistance Maintaining IT infrastructure functionality and ensuring proper usage of resources by end users Network and environment administration (network/hardware/software) Server backup routines Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of administrative systems Installation and configuration of user peripherals SUBMIT RESUME WITH SALARY EXPECTATIONS Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$3.616,51 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
