Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide user support, install, configure, and maintain equipment, and monitor and log technical tickets. Key Highlights: 1. Support for infrastructure projects and system upgrades We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities: Providing user support (in-person and remote) for hardware, software, and networks; Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment; Monitoring servers, networks, and systems; Logging and tracking technical tickets; Supporting infrastructure projects and system upgrades. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: Currently pursuing or having completed a technical or undergraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; Knowledge of computer, printer, and network maintenance; Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems; Strong communication skills, proactivity, and problem-solving focus. **Additional Information** Preferred Qualifications: Experience with help desk tools; Knowledge of servers, databases, and virtualization; IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco).
