Your mission will be twofold: on one hand, you will design and build solutions that connect systems and automate processes using AI; on the other, you will dive deep into our data to develop Machine Learning models that generate predictions and insights to support strategic decision-making across the group. You will serve as a critical link between operational efficiency and business intelligence. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields; * Experience integrating systems via REST APIs; * Proficiency in automation and workflow platforms (N8N preferred; experience with Zapier, Make, or similar tools will be considered); * Scripting skills in Python for both automation and data analysis, with mastery of libraries such as Pandas and Scikit-learn; * Proficiency in SQL for extracting, manipulating, and preparing large volumes of data; * Practical knowledge of Machine Learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) and the full model lifecycle; * In-depth knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and advanced prompt engineering. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Technical and practical knowledge of the WhatsApp Business API; * Experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense and Power BI; * Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB, or similar); * Knowledge of cloud-based Machine Learning services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML). WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Process Design and Automation: Map and implement intelligent workflows on our automation platform (N8N); * System Integration: Connect various tools and platforms (CRMs, ERPs, etc.) via REST APIs; * Generative AI Solution Development: Use AI APIs (OpenAI, Google Gemini, etc.) to build applications such as chatbots and internal assistants; * Prompt Engineering and RAG: Create and optimize prompts for interaction with Large Language Models (LLMs). Master and apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enable AI to query internal knowledge bases and deliver accurate, context-aware responses; * Automated Communication Management: Develop and maintain integrations with the WhatsApp Business API; * Data Analysis and Machine Learning Track; * Data Analysis and Predictive Modeling: Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends and opportunities; * Develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning models to solve business problems (e.g., demand forecasting, churn analysis, internal customer segmentation); * Data Extraction and Preparation: Execute complex database queries (SQL) and prepare datasets for analysis and modeling; * Insights Communication: Translate analytical and modeling results into clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for business units and leadership.
