**Responsibilities and Duties**
The PNLD Sales Consultant will be responsible for strategically promoting and monitoring the National Textbook Program (PNLD) with public education networks. Their role is to strengthen relationships with school administrators (principals, pedagogical coordinators, and teachers), ensuring proximity, credibility, and effective adoption of FTD Educação’s educational solutions.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Conduct in-person and remote visits to public schools and education departments to present PNLD publications and solutions.
* Maintain ongoing relationships with principals, pedagogical coordinators, and teachers, serving as FTD’s regional reference.
* Support the textbook selection process by providing clear, up-to-date information aligned with FNDE/MEC guidelines.
* Monitor competitors and identify opportunities within each territory.
* Organize and report activities in the CRM system, ensuring tracking and predictability of actions.
* Lead presentations, pedagogical meetings, and relationship-building events.
* Collaborate with the consulting and management teams to achieve goals established in the PNLD calendar.
* Support mobilization campaigns, teacher training, and capacity-building initiatives for using the publications.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Qualifications**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Education, Administration, Pedagogy, Marketing, or related fields.
* Prior experience in sales, institutional relations, or the educational sector.
* Strong oral and written communication skills, with a consultative approach.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to plan, maintain discipline, and work autonomously to manage schedule and results.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
