The primary focus of this role is **ensuring excellence in customer service and support, and assisting with payment of outstanding balances**, ranging from delivering essential services to financial and retention management. ### **Main Responsibilities:** **Customer Service and Support:** * Provide high-quality in-person and/or remote service to dealership customers, resolving inquiries and performing administrative tasks. * Manage communication flow and maintain a positive relationship with the dealership. **Data and Process Management:** * Handle, update, and analyze **student databases** using **Excel** (e.g., lists of delinquent accounts, re-enrollment lists, etc.).
