Job Summary: We are seeking a PL Support Analyst to provide Windows environment support, perform operational routines, monitor processes, and interact with clients and teams in a calm and well-defined routine. We seek a team of engaged professionals passionate about making a difference. **If, like us, you believe you can make a difference, join our team and grow with us!** **Main Responsibilities**: * Providing Windows environment support, primarily executing the client's system routines * Performing operational routines on the Windows system. * Recording and reporting activity execution (e.g., "Step X executed without errors" or reporting failures). * Monitoring processes and reporting incidents. * Using communication tools to interact with the team and clients. * The routine is considered calm and well-defined; occasional additional tasks may arise but are not frequent. **Mandatory Requirements**: * Solid knowledge of Desktop and Notebook hardware; * Experience supporting electronic time clocks, access control systems (e.g., card readers), surveillance cameras, and turnstiles; * Printer configuration; * Virtualized environment knowledge is desirable; * Video conferencing knowledge and troubleshooting experience; * Mobile telephony knowledge (Android, iOS, etc.); * Basic Windows environment knowledge (Windows 10 or later); * Basic Microsoft Office suite knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Basic network infrastructure knowledge; * Basic email knowledge (Outlook, Exchange, or Lotus Notes); * Cabling, cable crimping, and connector fabrication; * Valid driver's license (CNH) **Preferred Qualifications**: * ITIL certification * Advanced Windows knowledge * Field support experience is desirable **Employment Type: CLT \+ Benefits**: * Standard business hours — Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. * Professional will follow a 15-day onboard schedule followed by 15 days off. * Health and dental insurance plans. * Life insurance. * Meal allowance / Food voucher. * Transportation voucher. * Discount club. * Access to Wellhub (gyms) and Mente Tranquila (mental wellness platform). * Discounts on Positivo products. * University partnership program. * And much more. **If you identify with this position and want to grow with Positivo S\+, apply now and join our team!** Minimum Education: Technical Course Driver's License: A, B
