Description

Job Summary: Responsible for operating vehicles to transport cargo, ensuring safety, verification, and delivery of goods, as well as maintaining the vehicle in good condition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Transportation, collection, and delivery of general cargo 2. Verification and loading/unloading of goods 3. Vehicle control and inspection Operate vehicles for cargo transportation. · Operate vehicles to transport materials and other items, in compliance with safety regulations and traffic laws; * Transport, collect, and deliver general cargo; * Verify goods to be loaded, according to invoice/purchase order/consignment note; * Perform loading and unloading of goods, verifying required specifications; * Verify the recipient's signature and identification details; * Monitor mandatory vehicle equipment, conduct inspections, complete vehicle checklists, and verify documentation; * Record traffic control data, including mileage, departure and arrival times, and any incidents occurring during work; * Register necessary information regarding deliveries in the protocol logbook, date-stamping each delivery for subsequent return to the dispatch department; * Be responsible for completing and legibly signing delivery documents upon handing over goods to the customer, per company internal standards; * Adhere to assigned delivery routes and schedules, meeting established deadlines; * Perform other tasks related to the position, as directed by supervisors; * Maintain vehicle and equipment safety and preservation.
