Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing teams, supervising construction processes, interpreting blueprints, performing measurements, and planning construction projects—ensuring execution in accordance with the schedule and design. Interpret blueprints, perform measurements, and plan construction projects RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage personnel at work sites, supervise construction processes, interpret blueprints, perform various measurements, and contribute to construction project planning based on the execution drawings and schedule defined by the contractor and the responsible engineer. ACTIVITIES: * Manage personnel at work sites; * Supervise construction processes; * Interpret blueprints, perform various measurements, and contribute to construction project planning based on the execution drawings and schedule defined by the contractor and the responsible engineer. * Supervise civil construction worker teams engaged in concrete work and civil construction sites; * Prepare technical documentation and manage productive resources of the project (site layout, equipment, materials, supplies, and work teams); * Control project productivity standards, such as inspection of material and supply quality, guidance on specifications, material flow and handling, and safety measures for site locations and equipment; * Manage the project schedule; REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Completed high school education; Preferred: Technical degree in building construction and/or related fields.
