If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and monitor supplier service contracts, including cleaning, security, building maintenance, landscaping, cafeteria, surveillance, asset protection, and other general services. * Control the area’s budget, track costs, and propose actions to optimize and reduce operational expenses. * Monitor and manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of building installations and equipment. * Oversee facilities management for physical spaces, including layout, access control, space management, and support for internal relocations. * Track supplier performance indicators and propose action plans when necessary. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, occupational health standards, and applicable legislation. * Maintain inventories of furniture, building assets, and operational materials. * Support infrastructure project management, building improvements, expansions, and renovations. * Manage internal employee requests related to infrastructure, general services, and building support via systems (tickets/helpdesk). * Monitor internal and external audits related to facilities services. * Support sustainability, accessibility, and wellbeing initiatives within the corporate environment. * Maintain and monitor statutory and other applicable legal requirements for the organization. * Monitor environmental documentation for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards in the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or Facilities Management. * Prior experience in facilities management, contract management, building services, and supplier oversight. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with facilities management tools (ticketing systems, SAP or similar). * Basic knowledge of technical standards (NRs), asset protection, building maintenance, and applicable legislation. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) With nearly half a century in the market, **Valgroup** has established itself as a benchmark in plastic production, processing, and recycling, with strategically located units across Brazil and worldwide.
