Reporting to the Software Development Coordinator, the Systems Analyst III role involves... Some day-to-day activities:* Technically lead and carry out functional scope definition for software projects of varying complexity independently, estimating material and personnel resources (hours), defining functionalities, analyzing and understanding customer requirements, proposing technological alternatives, and specifying use cases, in order to technically support the sales and project teams in assembling commercial proposals according to customer needs and established technical standards. * Generate system development documentation, detailing functional and non-functional requirements and business rules, building application diagrams (use cases), specifying service quality requirements, under confidentiality of information, using the FIT specification standard, in order to document functionalities and requirements requested by the customer. * Monitor processes involved in the software development and/or maintenance lifecycle, interacting with customers, analyzing and assessing needs, monitoring development team activities, and providing support in clarifying doubts. * Identify project risks and new needs, conducting feasibility studies, documenting requirements for developing new features, in order to contribute to identifying potential risks and new business opportunities. * Interact with project partners, monitoring progress of contracted work, resolving doubts, providing technical guidance, and technically validating involved activities. * Research and select the most suitable technological resources for the project to be developed, considering cost, ease of acquisition, lifespan, technological characteristics, and other factors. * Provide technical support to end users and the customer's Information Technology department during the warranty period of the developed solution. * Act as a knowledge multiplier, providing technical support to peers. The experience we are looking to add to our team:* Bachelor’s degree completed in Data Processing, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or other Computer Science or Information Technology fields. * Requirements Analysis (Process Modeling and Architecture). * Business Processes. * Quality in software development. * Operating systems (Windows, Linux, among others). * Enterprise Architect (EA) tool. * System Documentation Methodology (UML standard). * Project management techniques (PMBOK). * Advanced English.
