




Description: Professional responsible for ensuring high availability and performance of customer platforms, providing high-quality technical support. Responsibilities and Assignments * Meet deadlines and goals established for service levels (L1 or L2); * Monitor the status of equipment sent to authorized technical assistance; * Install and maintain various operating systems; * Update and maintain inventories of IT equipment across all regional offices; * Configure hardware, install and configure software and drivers; * Perform LAN/WAN network installations and manage components (servers, IPs, etc.); * Diagnose system failures or errors and implement solutions to restore functionality; * Provide timely technical support and instruct users on correct equipment usage; * Organize device and printer drivers.
