Focus on self-development and rigorous attention to detail. **About the Position** We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative professional to work on the development and refinement of customized furniture projects. Your mission will be to transform technical briefings into executable solutions and high-impact visual presentations, ensuring operational excellence and impeccable aesthetics required by the luxury market. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Technical Development:** Develop detailed furniture projects, creating 3D models, precise technical drawings, and comprehensive manufacturing documentation; * **Design and Rendering:** Perform scene setup, lighting, and rendering of projects to ensure high-quality photorealistic images; * **Sales Support:** Support sales consultants during presentations by making real-time adjustments to modularity and imagery for clients, if necessary; * **Technical Analysis:** Interpret floor plans and briefings (technical and behavioral), conducting feasibility analyses and value composition assessments; * **Field Engagement and Relationship Management:** Participate in strategic meetings with management and accompany sales consultants on technical site visits when required. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or technical course in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields; * **Software Proficiency:** Expertise in design tools (Promob or similar) and rendering software; * **Continuous Learning:** Willingness to complete courses on the Bontempo e-learning platform, attend industry trade fairs, and stay updated on luxury furniture trends; * **Behavioral Profile:** Focus on self-development, rigorous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under operational excellence guidelines.
