Description:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields.
Desirable: Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Quality, or related areas.
Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, circuit analysis, advanced Excel/Power BI, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
Languages: Advanced English (desirable).
Required: Minimum of 5 years in electronic product testing.
Desirable: Minimum of 2 years of experience in team leadership or project coordination.
Experience in new product introduction (NPI), test failure analysis, and indicator management.

* + Execute and validate tests on electronic products, ensuring accurate and reliable results per specifications and technical procedures
+ Analyze failures in test lines, conduct root cause investigations, and propose effective technical solutions
+ Perform yield analysis, failure and rework indicators, and develop action plans for continuous improvement
+ Contribute to defining and reviewing test parameters in cases of product changes
+ Support the NPI process, ensuring validation of test requirements prior to mass production
+ Prepare technical reports and test result presentations in English and Portuguese for management and customers.
+ Manage and guide the team of test technicians and engineers, ensuring professional development and achievement of established goals.
+ Define priorities, allocate resources, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and propose investments in equipment and process improvements.
+ Participate in quality and efficiency improvement projects with Engineering and Quality departments.
+ Present periodic performance and risk reports to management/directorate.
+ Act in compliance with the Integrated Management Policy, contributing to organizational objectives and goals.
