Then come with us and make a difference! \#VEMSERINDT We value all types of individuals, and our opportunities are open to everyone : ) #### **Job Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Systems Development, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related fields; **Required Qualifications:** * Solid experience in Android application development, AOSP framework, and embedded software on Linux; * Proficiency in Kotlin and Java, as well as experience with C and C\+\+; * Knowledge of software architecture (MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture); * Experience developing robust components and APIs for enterprise Android applications; * Familiarity with AOSP (Android Open Source Project) architecture and its layers; * Experience in Linux kernel development; * Knowledge of version control using Git (Gerrit); * Mastery of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Advanced CI/CD practices in Android development; * Advanced English for reading, writing, and conversation; * Knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes. **You stand out if you have:** * Experience with Android Enterprise Mobility Manager (EMM); * Experience understanding requirements, engaging in technical discussions, and preparing proposals; * Contributions to open-source projects or the Android community; * Professional certifications in Android development or software architecture; * Experience developing high-performance and scalable applications; * Knowledge of mobile application security and robust SDK architectures. **Behavioral Skills:** * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; * Point of contact for developing new features and solving problems; * Ease working in teams and collaborating; * Innovative approach and commitment to continuous improvement; * Initiative to learn new technologies and share knowledge; * Ability to mentor junior and mid-level developers. **Differentiators:** * Experience with Jetpack Compose and modern libraries; Participation in conferences, publications, or notable projects in the mobile development field.
