




**REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** High school diploma completed; * **Preferred:** Technical degree in Human Resources or Accounting; Undergraduate degree in progress in Administration, HR Management, or related fields; **Required Knowledge:** * Labor and social security legislation (CLT, FGTS, INSS, IRRF, eSocial); * Admission, vacation, termination, and benefits processes; * Office suite (especially intermediate Excel); * Payroll systems (e.g.: Senior, TOTVS, ADP, LG, Protheus, FolhaWEB, Alterdata, Domínio, etc.). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct employee admission processes (system registration, onboarding, and PPE delivery); * Perform payroll entries and reconciliation, social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF), and ancillary obligations; * Manage attendance control, electronic timekeeping, and hour bank; * Support the management and control of vacations, absences, leaves, and contract terminations; * Perform calculations and verification of severance payments and vacation entitlements, observing legal deadlines; * Assist in the submission and monitoring of eSocial, SEFIP, CAGED, RAIS, and DIRF; * Administer corporate benefits; * Provide employee support regarding payroll, benefits, and labor legislation inquiries; * Support internal and external audit processes by providing reports and documentation; * Maintain organization and control of physical and digital personnel files; * Support HR in organizational climate initiatives, internal campaigns, and corporate events when necessary.
