Collaborate with business and IT departments to identify opportunities We are looking for a **Mid-level Automation Analyst** to work on the development, maintenance, and optimization of automation solutions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and innovation in our processes. Develop, implement, and maintain automation and testing systems in Python and C\+\+, scripting languages for Windows/Linux, and embedded software on microcontrollers, tools, and integrations; Analyze workflows and propose process improvements; Perform testing, documentation, and validation of automation solutions; Collaborate with business and IT departments to identify opportunities; Ensure security and compliance of deployed solutions. **Job Requirements** Prior experience as an Automation Analyst in the electro-electronics industry; Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Selenium, or equivalents); Programming skills (e.g., Python, .NET, JavaScript, or other relevant languages); Experience with databases (SQL); Certifications in RPA or automation tools; Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); Knowledge of API integration. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and an analytical mindset. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: Industrial Automation, Bachelor's Degree Languages: English (Intermediate)
